What about two-word names?
Moonwhisper, Emberheart, Willowshade: compound names are an old fantasy tradition, and each people here has its own words. Choose "Compound name" above, or "Full name" to pair one with an Elvish first name from the same people.
These names draw on the Elvish languages of fantasy, not on the story of any one game or book. Take what you like, and make up the rest.
